I have Apply non Domestic meeter for our shop . My Application No- N[protected], but here line man have come in my house and not given the seprapt line I am Ask him he say in application write a loop conection I have apply that time given a property paper in our applicatio so plese you say he given a seprat line on my property paper and please and say your service man dont wast my time he given in soap i hve deposit 6, 000 rs at dated[protected] so please ypu see the mater.

Sir, I am Rakesh Kaushik I have apply Non Domestic meater My application no- N[protected] but he write a domestic meater than your service man comin my shop i am told him my meater is non domestic he say you doppsit a 4, 200 rs why are you not dopsit 6, 000 rs tahn i have meet a room no- 102 sum person i dont name of person phershap mohanty or amit he say you come friday i solve your problem friday than please you see the this meater also my meater conecton non domestic its for my shop and i have ready 1800 also so please you solve this meater please your solve the problem.

Street light pole no. 310 at Shivaji Park, Punjabi Bagh, (west) new delhi 1100026 (in frunt of house no C25 shivaji Park ) not working since last 3 weeks.

Request get the fault attended on PRIORTY.

In all the BSES pole street light have been installed but unfortunately in pole numbers BSESVKPV951, BSESVKPV952, BSESVKPV958 lights are not been installed.

As Pole BSESVKPV951 is located in a middle of a Gali where its too dark to walk in night so it is quite essential and required to have a light connection there.

So I request You to get the fault attended on PRIORTY.

Dear Sir,
I stay in Prem Nagar, Uttam Nagar. Since yesterday- 15th April, 09 from 9 Am in the morning, the whole gali no : 17, does not have electricity. Today is 16th April, 09 and as of now-( 5 pm), we didnt have the electricity, we are just getting that the electricity will be normal by 1 pm and then 5 pm and then 8 pm and so on.
This is really ridiculous. Can't they figure out, how long will it actually take. Whenever we call BSES consumer helpline...the timings are just extended. Is this how BSES functions? It is almost 2 days that we havent had electricity at our home and there is no firm time/day/date that they can confirm that it will be done by that period.

i ama amarjeet manocha living in vikas puri. we have the problem of street lighting. Near our house we have two lights pole whicha are working since 3 months when i went to the nearest office they are saying call the bses coutmer care

B.S.E.S. — STREET LIGHT

WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT THE STREET LIGHT IN THE SERVICE LANE BEHIND OUR HOUSE IS NOT WORKING FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS - EVEN THOOUGH SEVERAL COMPLAINTS WRE MADE AT THE COMPLAINT CENTRE LOCATED NEAR VISHAL ENCLAVE YEILD NO RESULTS. DUE TO NON WORKING OF THE SERVICE LANE LIGHT - THEFTS OF WATER METERS AND OTHERS USE TO HAPPEN TIME TO TIME. THE POLE IS SITUATED IN THE SERVICE LANE AND IS LOCATED BEHIND THE HOUSE NO. CA 66, TAGORE GARDEN. COULD U PLEASE TAKE FURTHER ACTION UNDER INTIMATION TO ME. MY ADDRESS IS GIVEN BELOW:

there is no street light at ashwani kanav marg, it cause more of accident, theft and other types of bad activities, i also complaint at complaint centre but no action was taken, so i request you to do some favour in this way.we will be very thankful to you.

i agree these complaint last three month i give many complaint no are 1386;[protected] [protected] and[protected] there is no response from bses office there for i request you please repair these liggt

I m resident of sanwal nagar (near sadiq nagar) new delhi-110049.The street light in front of my house fell down because of typhoon and somebody took that light with him .It is 3 month ago incident .some BSES workers came but they did not do any think. This is to bring in your kind notice, that i am the resident of Street no-25, Sant Garh, M.B.S. Nagar,
Tilak Nagar, New Delhi-110018. (Near Shiv Modern School)

In our street all street lights are working except one. Due to indecent behavior of our neighbour the cause is "the switch of the light is inside his house and he switch it On/Off according to his wish" Which is illegal. We offen says him to switch it in evening, however switch it late night. Which is of no use. Childern play in dark and passers also get troubled while passing the road.

Some how we dont know who has the authority to resolve this complaint.

So kindly appropriate action over the matter.
