Bses — Street Light at Shukar Bazar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi

Sir, I have been complaining about street light in my area since last four months at BSES Comlplaint No. 39999707. I have telephone them several time but no action is being taken. Recent my complaint No. are [protected] dated 3.9.2013 and [protected] dated 5.9.2013. Every time I complaint them they give new complaint no. and give assurance that your call is being forwarded on urgent basis. But till date no action has been taken. .
