Dear Sir,

I have being using BSNL 3G Broadband DataCard from 11 Nov 2010,i;m having Rs,1359 Unlimilate Usage Plan(for Download/Upload).I had recieved bill of Rs.42447 for month of March 2011

Please help me to correct this bill and suggest the neccessary action i need to take

many people have received this hefty bill including myself!This is a very big error from bsnl.They never mentioned abt this in the new ad nor did they inform us.I totally agree with this and i hope that no one pays the bill.

Hi Same thing happen to me also i also got a Rs.67000 bill for march and now they are saying i need to pay the bill.

hi, same thing is happen with me. i am using bsnl 3G unlimited plan of Rs 1359. but my current march bill is Rs 15389 . But in post paid they have written that your credit limits is upto Rs 2000. then why bsnl bill us more than Rs 2000. than what is meaning of "credit limit" on the bsnl bill.
so, plz sir take strong action against bsnl, and send refresh bill. According to me no, bsnl 3G data card bill is more than Rs 2000, because they bsnl already written "credit limit" upto Rs 2000. as you see on the bsnl 3g data card bill.

I too got a hefty bill of Rs. 19800 although my credit limit is of Rs. 1510.

I had the 10GB Rs. 999 plan and they have given an excessive Bill.

Don't pay the bill.

Ask for a corrected bill. Can you please tell me the e-mail address I need to send my complaint to?

I too got a huge bill of Rs14744. I am also using 10GB plan for Rs. 999 and my usage is also not much...dont knw hw bsnl is charging...the usage details r not very clear.

just got a huge bill of 31000 . i am using the 1359 plan ...
my previous months bills haven't gone above rs 800/- but suddenly this bill has just left me devastated ..
my credit limit is rs 1000/-
what should i do now ??

I'm facing the same problem guys...for 999 plan with a credit limit of Rs500 i'm getting a bill of Rs 86, 734/-
for 15 days and send several letter to BSNL Accounts officer that we are not pay that amount please correct the correct bill and we will pay the same. But BSNL officer send back after two and half month. they are raised two bill after my disconnection letter. what we do? Please advice me.
