[Resolved] BSNL 3G — Connection stopped despite recharging it with Rs. 1100/- | |||
I have a BSNL 3G 7.2 Mbps modem.. Last month on 28th July, i recharged it with 1100 with a scheme of 10GB usage per month. On 19th August, my connection was terminated stating that you do not have sufficient funds to establish this connection. My total usage till date has been 4.02GB as per BSNL modem itself with 10 days remaining for usage. When i spoke with the customer care they said that they will fix it in next 24 hrs and i will get 6GB usage for 10 days.. but till date nothing has happened yet. My modem number is [protected]. This is not the 1st time thing like this has happened and worst part is that BSNL's customer care agents sit there just to sleep.
