Myself Pawan Kumar called bsnl call center 1503 from my bsnl no. [protected] at 7:02 am as on 01.08.2013 to know the status of my security amount but executive start abusing to me. Here i can't write those words.
BSNL due bad customer care executives you are loosing your reputation day by day.
So you are requested to please go through the conversation by recording & take appropriate action as soon as possible.
