BSNL — activated Jobs pack could not deactivated | |||
Dear sir, My name is Ajeet Kumar Sharma and having prepaid BSNL no [protected]. I am very sad to inform you that the persons sitting for the customer services are not providing such a satisfying response. I had made a complain(131WB1332923) last month regarding deactivation of a JOBS pack which I had activated, but may be the person did not get me correctly. While as per the sms received from 56505020 & BV-ONMOBL I followed the process for deactivation last month as well as this month ( CAN JOBS) and sent the sms to 56505, but yet not deactivated. Toady on 21st March again a amount of rs. 20 has been deducted as it had happened last month also even after the response from the customer services that my packs has been deactivated from their end. I am really upset having such kind of services from your network I just want my money back otherwise I will have to switch to some other network for some better services. Hope you will look into this matter and make me reliable for long going relation. Was this information helpful? | |||
