[Resolved]  BSNL Agartala — Non refunding of telephone security money

On 01.09.2011 I closed my land line telephone no. 265448 to SDO Office, Udaipur south tripura. Thereafter, I have submitted an application on 08.11.2011 at SDO office, Udaipur for refund of my Telephone security
money. But, till date not received any security money nor received any information from the BSNL Agartala office authority. Please look into the matter. Thanks.
