[Resolved]  BSNL — MNP NOT DONE

Dear sir,
as i sent a mail to ur customer care regd mnp port in re intrest and again faith in relaince gsm network after mail to you and refund cheque recd on time ..my mnp port in request form deposited to ur moon tel web world sikandara agra code-[protected].along with all formailties as on[protected]..sir but still portability is pending till dated after submitted of form i have call on ur 198 helpline number approx.more than 20-25 times from my another reliance no-[protected] from -26mat till dated...but no body give me a satisfied answer or time..sir i refaith on reliance network after using bsnl network but ur cusomer care is still not serious for cusotmer who reentered in relaince network.so lastly sir i again request you to please do the needfull at u r hand.
