[Resolved] BSNL — Billed for Unused Services & No Refund, Unprofessional Service | |||
Dear Consumer Forum, This is to bring your kind attention that, I am using BSNL Fixed Line Telephones which is registered under my Father's name shri H.a. Panchal[protected]. We are having problems operating the telephones since it does not work properly. We contacted BSNL and they said the phone will be out o[censored]se due to some construction work going on, though we were not using the phone & BSNL Data one internet, they billed us for the same for around 16 months. In those 16 months, evenif we had used the service, it was not whole 30 days or a month consecutively, Whenever the phone got fixed, the other day it was the same story. I approached BSNL authority, they were unresponsive & started Blame game on one another within the department & ultimately as a customer I found that it was my fault that I was using their services because being the Govt. of India Employees, they were completely unprofessional, Usage of Foul language, lack of decency, Lack of communication skills were at the peak.
