[Resolved]  BSNL-Ahmedabad — Phone dead for 10 days

my landline is not working since 8 mounth and when i complained to over area office they told me to bye new landline connection of rilance or tata. and they told me clearly nothing possible to active landline becose of cable folt. but i need landline phone so much and no one can help to me in this problem. plese i m request to bsnl to active my landline. and also we not use the phone and bill r coming continew how can i pay when i not use the phone and it is not working from 8 mounth .check my data and take staps early for it. my no is-:25862159 my area is ctm telephone exchange.

There is no improvemment in bsnl sevice as failure rate remaim unchange. bsnl is not serious about its existant

Dear Sir,
My telephone No.25503246 has been out of order since 12th September 2009. The complaint no.500 and it is three days the telephone has not been rectified. Please look into it and do the needful.

phone dead for last 2 days. Two times complaints are solved without doing anything. (System shows complaints are solved but in real not solved).I don't know without solving problem on old complaint number. How can you give new complaint number

Line men never comes to our home to confirm the error solved.2 days phone is not working and still BSNL charges monthly rental for full month.

My phone is not working properly since the first day of connection. Line Man is not co-operating. The No. for complaint are always busy. Humming and another phone lines voice is matching. I can't hear properly. Details of Phone No.[protected] Dinesh R. Mistry

I have cancel my NIC Connection on[protected].
I have submitted the NIC Instrument, and all equipment that got with that on same date plus I have paid the bill amount but still the day I did not get the Refund (i.e. deposit amount's cheque).

My phone no is[protected], it is hardly working eg 2days in a week 5 days stays dead.Complaints so many times, paying the monthly rents regularly for the phone which is working about 8 to 10days a month.

TEL NOs 24067802 &24829175 ARE COMPLETELY DEAD. FOR LAST NO LODGED COMPLAINTS SEVERAL TIMES BUT NOT RESTORED YET. THE FIRST NO IS DEAD FOR LAST 3-4 DAYS. VERY POOR SERVICES ARE FOUND ON UR BEHALF. IS IT WORTH TO CONTINUE BSNL WHEN CUSTOMER CARE IS SO POOR. ?

I would like to say that I, Kapoor Chand Ajmera. Ajmera Krashi Farm, Mahapura near Mahapura Mod, Ajmer Road, Jaipur. My phone No.[protected] has been dead due to having internal problem since last twenty days. I have complained to concerned person (Area line man- Mr. Rameshwar) so many times but he didn’t take any action to correct my phone number. Then I called to STO (Mr. T.C. Sharma), he also behaved me like unprofessional person & told that I don’t have so much of time to listen your problems and cut the phone immediately. I also called him again so many times but he didn’t pick up the phone.
In the last, I have come to you to resolve my problem in expecting that you are the right person to solve my problem. If here it is not so then impatiently I have to forward other one else.
Again I request you to take necessary action at your end, please. Also I request you take strict action against these two of persons (Area line man- Mr. Rameshwar) & (STO Mr. T.C. Sharma) so that no other person except me have to suffer to solving ones problems, I shall be highly obliged to you.

BSNL — phone dead since 16th april

I want to inform you about negligence of bsnl officers who are not at all willing to help the customers. My landline phone 2369129 which is dead since 16th april is still in the same condition inspite of having registered a complaint on 17th april. the complaint no. is 351434.
Today its 20th april ,still when i call them they it would take another 1-2 days . I am having a lot of problems . Its a rule that if the landline is dead for more than 3 days , refund is given.

So i request you to start my phone and also give me my refund.

I am using your BSNL landline (Phone No. 27570255. My complaint numbers are (i) SAB20823 dated 9.4.2010 (ii) SAB21446 dated April 16, 2010
On 16th I received a SMS mentioning that my complaint has been cleared which was a wrong message. My phone was still dead.

I repeatedly dialed the customer care number 27571200, 27501200, 27500000,
27504433 & 27505050. Most of the time no body will be available to lift the phone and when I could get one or two times, I get reply that there is a exchange fault, it will take one or two days.

BSNL is providing such a poor service to its valuable customer. If this will continue, the day will come when people will have fear in taking any BSNL phone lines.

If the BSNL does not feel the competition still than it will face the consequences.
