Tirumala Vardhan Telephone no. 23735851 Plot No. 28, Srinivas nagar colony (west) Hyderabad - 38 To, The Accounts Officer (TR-II) AR Ameerpet, BSNL, Hyderabad Dear Sir, Sub: Complaint regarding change of address without me giving any requisition the same I am facing lot of inconvenience as my telephone number: 23735851 address has been changed without me giving any change of address requisition to your department. The current bill states that the numer has an address of 1st floor, street no. 1, IVRCL tower, AVENUE - 1, Banjara hills, Hyderabad-34. My actual address is M.Tirumala Vardhan, Plot no. 28, Srnivas nagar colony(west), Hyderabad - 38. And I have never given any change of address. When we have inquired in the Ameerpet, Hyderabad's customer care center, they told us that the telephone 's address has been changed with effect from[protected]. But I have never given any change of address requisition at customer care center. Dear sir,
with reference to previous personal discussion with Mr.Satyanaryana (JE) Gachibowli telephone exchange to convert wire less to land line, before we have landline but due to cable problem it was converted in to wire less connection, now new cable already put in our area so please convert our line in to land line, we need this to go for broadband, my wireless BSNL no: [protected], early action in this connection will be highly appreciated.
