[Resolved]  BSNL Bangalore — telephone out of order

Sub: Complaint and request for monthly rental waiver-(Sakalavara Exchange- Bannerghatta- BANGALORE)
This is to kindly inform you that our telephones are not working since 13.05.2012 and kindly take action to activate the same. The local telecom officers have been giving us the excuse of road cutting/cable damage etc…, which you may please look into.
Also, kindly instruct the accounts department not to bill us and exempt from rentals and internet charges till such time when the line get re-activated.
Your earliest action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

I have been facing issue with the telephone connection and internet connectivity since 4th may 2012. This phone connection was restored on 16th of May, however the internet connectivity was restored on 1st of June 2012. Several calls to contact centre and support has been made. The telephone connection is down again from 5th June 2012. I would request the concern authorities to look into the same and provide a waiver on the bill for the number of days the internet connectivity was interupted. This is Sridhar i have booked for land line and broadband with registration fee of rs 500 for our company MV3 SOLUTIONS PVT LTD on[protected] they have given number[protected] but till now i dint get any connections.. my company address is #448, 13th Cross, 'A' Block, 'D' Group, Srigandhakavalu, Bangalore-560091, KARNATAKA INDIA. Bsnl Technicians are telling that their no fusibility in this address but in the 9th cross they are giving new connection, and i dont wan my money back i want connection for my company MV3 SOLUTIONS PVT LTD

Sub: No central govt./PSU employees discount @ 20% allowed in the bills - reg.

I had installed a BB & LL connection during the month of November 2013 as a serving PSU employee of National Textile Corporation Ltd. Right from the first usage bill I have not received bills by post and on verification on line bills it is found that the discount of 20% I am entitled for has not been allowed. I request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to allow the discount for the past bill aswell for the future bills. Hard copy of the bills may also be sent by post.
