Sir, This is Ravikiran.K with BSNL Landline with number[protected]. My location is Belur Nagasandra area after Spandana Appartments. This area is under Vimanapura/ Indiranagar exchange. Every Month the telephone and broadband will be dead for at-least 2 weeks and even after repeated complaints also, there is no improvement in the service. Request you to please look into this problem and provide us break-free service. The Main problem is JTO :Venugopal with mobile number [protected] will not even the pick the customers call at all. I would have tried reaching him atleast 1000 times till now. I am not left out with any other option but to complain this problem here. The complaint numbers : 3031- registered at BSNL call center, last week. Another complaint number : [protected], this complaint is raised in BSNL customer service portal. Subject:-Telephone No.[protected] not working.
I am a widow aged 78 years residing at S1, II floor, "Priyanka Homes"365/3C'10th Main, II cross, Malleshpalaya, Maruthinagar, Bangalore 560075.This is to inform your goodself that the above mentioned phone is out of order since the last 20 days and inspite of lodging a complaint before 20 days there is no action from your office.You can verify from your complaint desk the complaint no.as i could not note the same.Sir my children are all staying far and wide and the only mode of communication is through a phone and I am staying all alone.As i am physically handicapped I cannot visit your office at Indiranagar.
I now request you to kindly arrange to rectify the problem asap and also please dont charge me any rent as the phone is out of order for more than 20 days and as per your directory page no.31 (rebate for interruptrion), i am eligible for waiver of the rent for the said period.
I sincerely hope that at least now my problem will be solved with your good offices.
