I’m really sad to bring to the notice about the bad service given by the so called representatives of BSNL for broadband facility. The place where I stay comes under Hoskerehalli telephone exchange (Bangalore Region). Initially with great enthusiasm I made a request in 2006 to avail broadband service…some how after 1 and a half years of repetitive requests to BSNL officials I got the connection. The horrifying reality is, till now think I have utilized the service effectively for 2-3 months. Most of the times there will be one or the other problem. But from past few months broadband is completely dead. Believe me in order to solve this issue I have spoken to BSNL customer care for more than 25 times from past few months. More than 10 times in person I have gone to exchange and requested Mr. Prasanna and Mr. Shiva kumar of BSNL hosakerehalli exchange to sort out the issue apart from reminding them thro’ phone. Without utilizing the service every month promptly I’m paying my hard earned money. Can any of you please wake up the great officials of hosakerehalli exchange since they are taking rest from very long period and drive them to take some action??? It is really miserable to say if such a small concern is out of reach to solve, how new technologies like 3G will be handled by those intellectual officials?? Think any person can understand the pain that I have undergone if one sees my last few sentences.
