[Resolved] BSNL — bill after porting | |||
I APPLIED FOR PORTING OF MY MOBILE NO.[protected] FROM BSNL TO DOCOMO IN JAN 11 AND THE SAME WAS REJECTED BY BSNL FOR WANT OF OUTSTANDING BILLS. THEN I CLEARED THE BILLS AND IT WAS PORTED ON 24/2/11 AFTER CLEARANCE FROM BSNL. BUT AGAIN I GOT A BILL FOR RS.818/- IN MARCH, AGAIN RS.817/- IN APRIL AND THEN I VISITED THE BSNL OFFICE BELGAUM PERSONALLY ON 15/4/11 AND I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS SOME PORTING PROBLEM AND IT IS RECTIFIED TODAY. BUT NOW I RECIEVED A BILL FOR RS.800/- IN MAY 11 AGAIN. THE CUSTOMER CARE DEPT GIVES VAGUE ANSWERS AND THEY ARE CHEATING ME. PLEASE GUIDE ME OVER THE MATTER AND OBLIGE.
