BSNL — PAYMENT FAILURE

An amount of Rs.755/- vide Transaction ID BIL/[protected]/INDIAIDEAS.COM LTD/BSNL paid and debited to my bank account. But the transaction failed.(mobile no:[protected])

i tried to pay BSNL postpaid mobile ([protected]) bill online ..on 17/7/12 . Amount was deducted from my account but payment confirmation was not received . Pls find the transaction reference " 16/07/2012 BIL/[protected]/Kranthisjulybill/466423 " So pls arrange the money back

invoice period 1-4-14 to 30-4-14.

the transection is successfull but due to error of communication failure i didn't get recipt of this pay so kindly help...

Unfortunately, the same thing happened with me. I had processed for Rs 200/-, the amount is being deducted from my bank account. However, I received a message saying " transaction failed, contact the customer care". Unluckily I did not note down the transaction ID as I believed that it would never fail. Kindly let me know how to resolve this issue.

I am overseas and just some minutes ago, I tried paying for through visa for my families landline in India. The message was transaction failed and I tried with another visa and again I get the transaction failed once more. Both cards sent the OTP to my mobile but your secure transaction system says its stolen or cancelled. Account number: [protected]
I Dr Deva Kant paid my mobile bill No[protected] Dated 09.08.2017 of Rs 588/= due date 29.08.2017 through SBI Debit card three times transaction pending due to suever doun fourth time I paid through BOB Debit card again surver doun transaction pending all payment was made 0n 04.and05.09.2017 after one day all four transaction were success and credited BSNL through transaction ID No MGSM[protected], MGSM[protected], MGSM[protected], MGSM[protected].and Reciept No [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] now I have paid total amount Rs2352 against bill of Rs 588/= my mobile No [protected] please let me know about the amount paid in exess my email add "[protected]@gmail.com please clear my problem
