I have a unlimited bradband connection from last six months, my legal speed of the net is 256, but i never get that speed

same is the case with me. my friends get 100-150kb/s speed whereas i get only 10-20kb/s. this is too much. i pay the same amount but lesser speed. wat is this?

I want to know that in 500c plan, the speed is 150-200 kb/s.If i use the modem provided by BSNL, will i get the same speed

i changed 500 plan to 750 plan and the speed to slow and it take to much time load

dear sir please make it faster nor i have to change it to 500 plan or to airtel.

I hve bsnl 750ul home plan . i am getting to much low speed even if 10 kbps some time. i never get more than 100 kbps i would request to please take further steps in order to solve the problem

i changed my plan from 500 to Plan- HOME UL 750 Plus, , the speed is horrible...plzz consider this problem...

it really is rediculous in 750 plus plan the download speed is hell slow and in 250 plan the bill is hell high i think bsnl guys should do something to increase the speed in 750 plus plan.

I have a bitter experience about BSNL. My telephone No. is[protected] with broadband (750 plus plan). I m deeply sorry to say that despite my written complaint to GM Muzaffarnagar, no heed is paid to my request. It is so disturbing the net services here it is being v hard to utilise the services. I have to go several times to BSNL offices, located at Shiv Chowk as well as a far off placed office, the Head Office. It is v difficult to find out officers on their seat. No person, neither officials, nor officers are available at 11.30 am. And when they started coming after 11.00 their simple reply is….we have noted ur complaint and will do needful soon. But no action is taken. My speed of net is so slow that it is disconnected every minute (10 mbs/second). I went personally to BSNL office (at Shiv Chowk), lodged a complaint, after several complaints on phone, today at 11.00 am…No officer or officials were available except one or two staff. They asked me to lodge the complaint. No person attended my complaint till this time. Will u pl look into the matter…

no use brother. M usin the 500C plan myself. awsome for me! got speed at around 270kbps. But then cut that connection off and got a bsnl datacard instead (2.4 mbps)~~~download speed cuurent is 666kbps(max)!!! M from Guwahati in Assam. Dont know bout other places!!!

i juj recently got 750 home plan but i m not geting good speed surffing n downloading on both condition speed is very slow its belong 20 to 28

ll u please cheak it out n tell me the procceser to get good speed

Recently I switched from Home 500 C to Home 750 Ul Plus. I used to get a DL speed of 240 - 250 kbps but now I am getting a speed of 32 kbps .It really sucks man. This is what happens in India. People pay money and don't get the value for it. Why should there be a limit in speed. Please do something about it.

Plz anyone help me, i hv 750 plan of bsnl and speed is too slow. just 30 kbps and in my office (same plan) i got speed 165 kbps plz how can i change my speed 30 to 165 kbps...

I have BSNL 750UL, BSNL is the worst network provider in the world and Worst customer service in the world, 7 kbps Speed not acceptable, i have raised a Complaint a month ago and yet the issue has not been resolved.

Dont Go for Bsnl unlimited plans, if anyone choose bsnl really i assure you will be affected with the following diseases like Hypertension, Heart Attack, Mental.

i am your customer from last one year .in starting internet speed was quit good but now a days speed is very slow .presently severl enternet provider giving hi speed enternet browsing upto 2mbps but u are providing only 256 kbps maximum speed.so take step immidiately to survive in maket.i have alredy complaint to ur local authority .he gave me promiss several times that seniors are working on it.but no action is taken by ur side.so i request to u please take action as soon as possible dont compail me to disconnect ur sify connection.

I am a BSNL UL750plus customer and i am highly dissatisfied with the kind of speed i am getting. for Rs 500 plan the minimum is 512 kbps and even though i am paying higher then them i am not getting even half the speed.
My plan is unlimited but due to such slow connection i am not able to download much. My friends who use 500 plan are downloading much more content then me during the non chargeable time.
i feel that i have been cheated.
