[Resolved]  BSNL broadband 750 ul plan — slow speed

i changed 500 plan to 750 plan and the speed to slow and it take to much time load

sir,
i am using bsnl broard band rs.750plan. now 2 days my internet speed is too slow (25kb/sec to 45kb/sec).

NOW WHAT I DO PLS HELP ME

Broadband - 750 plan — low speed - new connection

Sir, this is to inform you that BSNLhas given connection of Broad Band to our Dell Laptop through our Land Line BSNL telephone no.020/2430280 on 11/05/2011 (Mr, Gurav, your rep haa made the fitments) . On Saturday, the 14/05/2011 the password was conveyed to me on my mobile no. [protected] and BB is activated on15/05/2011. So far it was so good. But now, it has been observed that throughout the day and even in the night hours the speed of BB is very very less. It takes lot of time to connect internet and gets immediately snapped which is very frequent. The videos do not open/unfold evenafter 10 to 15 minutes.You will, Sir, appreciate that the considerable amount has been spent on this UL750 plan but the very purpose of sending e-mails, opening sites, unfolding videos is get defeated. In brief, the speed is very, very slow. In view of the postion explained in detail hererin , it is requested that thr matter may pl be looked in to personally and needful be done to rectify the defects as it is 3G now and speed is the must in these days of fast communication. Further to my complaint regarding low speed of broadband - 750 plan . Your representative Mr. Shrikant visited today and rectified the defects. The speed now is ok.

Hai sir, i have bsnl 850 plan.they said i will get 256kB/s down load speed upto 8gb after that iwill get 256kbps.but upto 8gb usage i got 110kB/s dl speed after that i got only 1to4 kB/s dl speed please help me improve my connection speed

I AM USING UNLIMITED BSNL BROAD BAND UL 750 PLAN . WHICH STATED THAT
I HAVE DOWNLOADING SPEED OF 512 Kbps BUT IT DIDNT WORKING I HAVE
SPEED ABOUT 25 KBPS FOR DOWNLOADING KINDELY HELP ME ..................

BSNL is the worst customer care service only looking for the money i guess. I have BSNL broadband 750 unlimited plan. As per that i m suppose to get speed of 512 kbps to 1 Mbps bt i getting only 74.60 kbps since past 4 months i m suffering with this problem. I have to restart modem again and again and it work for few minutes after that net speed died. I have launched complaint so many times. So called engineers come, just open Google and run away with rude answer, you will get this much speed only or upgrade your plan. Customer care never pick up the call. I am fade up of this issue. Kindly let me know the actual step i can take to get the speed i deserve to have or let me know how to disconnect from BSNL forever and also let me know where to give this negative review so other users don't need to suffer as I do

The problem is with the employees of BSNL they do not listen. A service that can be really good is handled badly
