I've lost my usage portail id and i am not able to know my account usage.......so what can i di?
please help me out of this problem sir

I am using bsnl broadband.
i am trying to know my broadband usage,but the portal id i got is being told invalid .i remember my password.but the user id i don't know.
so please help me about this.

bsnl has given username, password and portal id written in the cover of provider in small letters.when i type it, it says invalid all the time.I could not check my usage because i could not sign in.
