I'm using broadband connection at home and my phone number is [protected]
But the problem is that I don't know my portal id and password, so that I can see the usage of the net.

Is there any possibility to get id and password through mail. Without going to the exchange and calling to the customer care.

Please help me, if it is possible to get through mailing.
