[Resolved] BSNL Broadband — Received Bill of 12 months Together due to their Technical issue | |
I have been using BSNL Broadband for more thn a year... for all those 12 months i was charged the basic charges i.e 250/- ... in the basic plan i am given 1GB of free download and after that 0.90 paise per MB. as i was receiving jst 250/- bill every month i visited local BSNL office to find out if thr was any billing fault but at that point i was told that the bills received my me are correct... so continued using the net service... within that period i also tried checking my usage on http://www.data.bsnl.in & http://bbservice.bsnl.in but every time i found the site down or else was not able login to my account to check the usage. In march 2009's bill i am charged Rs.15000/- as broad band usage charges. its the bill of whole year together... i am not sure about the charges as it seems to be more thn my usage... now the BSNL office representetive wants me to pay the bill at any cost... EVEN THOUGH the fault is from their end... they are blaming me for the BILL... On talking with Account officer...i was turned down by talking rudely... the BSNL representatives are not entertaining my complain as they want to hide their own negligence... Please help me...
