[Resolved] BSNL Broadband — BSNL Broadband Service - Rajajinagar,Bangalore | |
My grievance is as follows: First of all I lost my confidence with BSNL Service. I have applied for BSNL Broadband with Telephone line for the date [protected]. As per the BSNL website says It has to be provided within three days (I will agree If any technical feasibility is there in the sense it may take time) But not upto one month if iam not wrong.They have given landline connection only on the date[protected]Friday). Before this I met a lineman (Mr.Thippeswamy) on the date[protected] and he also identified the available telephone path and requirement of modem from myside (He collected required ID proofs also from my side) After one week also there was no reply from the BSNL. I called the BSNL office on the date[protected]. There reply was we couldnt identify your area.This is ridiculous.After identifying the requirements, if a person says we couldnt locate your area in the sense thats not considered as carelessness,more than that it is arrogance. Again when I called twice after thie incidence there reply was the concerned staff is not available. For your information my home is in Core city of the area (Rajajinagar). Again they have given Telephone line on the date[protected] still they have not provided Broadband connection and modem. Again as per our family member,s observation the lineman,s response was too careless about the requirement and he is not at all bothered about my family member,s suggestions.See I have applied for the broadband related to my work, Till now Iam gaining uninvited mental pressure from BSNL just because of these arrogance attitude. I waited patiently till yesterday,but losing the hopes Iam mailing here. If they require a bribe then only they can do it in the sense Iam not a person fit into there requirement. Otherwise if they do there work as per there will and as per there time, in the sense there many ways a consumer can sort it out.Please go through the attachment for your referenece. regards Abdul Majeed Was this information helpful? | |

we had purchased a BSNL handset, which is not being working now so v had been to d service centre they wo'nt give any response towards the handset . we request u to make d necessary arrangements
