sir, the data.bsnl.com site has not been opening since some days. we could not access our account status. so pls restore the site as early as possible - gouri sankar

I had been submitted the application for broadBand (Home 555c) and also registered my modem Sr. No. to the BSNL office, Sikar(Raj.) .Yet i haven't got the Password and ID So kindly send me the ID And Password at my email Id .

bsnl is given me good service in the future.
I HAVE 250/- HOME PLAN BUT I HAVE CONNECTED WITH FOUR SOCKET BROADBAND SO I AM GETTING 30/MORERENT
Disproportinate Billing, there is no support.Even when the computer is off. Modem is on Billing has taken place.we have lost Rs.5000 Rs.2500, Rs 2500 till know.
Our average Monthly rate is Rs.1200.

i have switched to the new plan of HOME 500C from this month.I have downloaded some data 02:10 AM to 08:00 AM.which should be free and not included in the billing but instead of that you have charged under the heading "Data usage Excluding Night Unlimited(GB) " in this time period. so this should not be included in the billing but it is counted in the billing.
so kindly look into this matter.and reply me as soon as possible.

I have taken broadband connection of plan Rs. 125. When I applied for the connection, I was informed through SMS on my mobile that there is no rental charge, no installation charge and no modem charge because I am old customer of bsnl. But when I received my telephone bill, I found that all the charges are added like Rs. 500 for new connection, Rs. 250 for install and Rs. 50 modem charge per month along with Rs. 125 for the plan .
Please see this matter as fast as you can, so I could deposit my telephone bill on time. The last date of bill is 27 march .
I have taken broadband connection on 3 rd march 2009. When I applied for broadband connection, I was informed by bsnl that there is no rental charge for old customer . But when I received my telephone bill, I found that all the charges are added like Rs. 500 for new connection, Rs. 250 for install and Rs. 50 for modem along with Rs. 125 for plan.
Please see this matter as fast as you can, so that I could be able to deposit my telephone bill on time.

I have taken BSNL broad band connection with landline connection (Tel No.[protected] on 7/3/09 and activated on 15.3.09. But for the last four days, the network is not functioning. My repeated telephonic requests and complaints lodged/made to Tele No.[protected] from 20.3.09 at 5.50p.m. to 10.30a.m. of 23.3.09. have given no results. Everytime I have been asked to open the INTERNET EXPLORER and asked me to insert certain numbers and ultimately when the answer on my computer shown as SERVER NOT FOUND. When asked the officials concerned, the only reply is defect will be rectified soon. But it is painful to express my feeling that why the solution could not be found to my problem and I am put to inconvenience.

Really iam very upset..with ur services.I have cleared my pending landline bill no.1354 for my number 22264602.

Now my present number is[protected].



For around 25 days my broadband has problem...I have applied and contacted helplines ..but no response for my query...Kindly do me the needful.Please help me to solve my issue.

Board band is intially connecting and after 5 minites it not working and also not showing the status. always I have to restart the computer then only it is workint

This is regarding the BROAD BAND connection not working properly it is very much slow & the phone connection which is separated through spliter is dead for a long time[protected] It is very difficuilt to use the system in Airport.

Please do the needful as soon as possible.l
