bsnl service is so horrible. they are not bothered about their reputaion, incompetent fools, even after lodging complaint they do not have the attitude to solve the problem, either they do not receive the call or just postpone the time to take action.
My broadband speed is very slow sir presently we are using 100 mbps plan but speed is too worst
that even we can't chat as the message sent by anyone taking too long time to reach.so kindly take necessary steps to solve out our problem soon.
this is not a complaint but information required for transferrring the broadband connection tfrom erode balaji garden brnach to your bsnl at krishnagiri our no 2431614 email medssage sent gmt erode not received or failed . please inform us the procedure andforms for transferring the connection as it is now with the paid cost for the instrument and all thanking you

I have purchase a mobile on[protected] containing No. [protected] with the scheme of Free Handset and Rs. 100 additional talk time with 100 Rs. on more recharge in a month, but from last 3 month I am not getting the 100 Rs. additional talk time. please clearify me.

I have taken the broadband connection this month.My number is [protected].Firstday it was working fine.
But now when I try to connect from internet and enters the user name and password, It does not connect and dispalys an errror like Invalid user or password . Though i am entering the same user name and pasword given by your Executive,
And your executive is not giving me any support. Even he does not recieve my call.

Plz help me and provide me the right user name and password. I am waiting for your positive response

I have to inform that I am a resident of Raksha Vihar Colony, Shyam
Nagar, Kanpur (UP) and a central government employee. I have a boradband
connection from 19 Dec 2008 & had applied to get rebate of 20% vide invoice
No74261 dt 09 Feb 2009 but not yet have got any rebate. I have liaised with
SDO telephones at nearest office and Head Office in every month,
but there is no good response. Now 04 months have been passed but not yet
got any rebate in this regard. May I request you to kindly look into the case
and help me to get this.

BSNL Broadband — speed in our city

I am a user of bsnl broadband free trial version for 15 days.(speed-2Mbps)
i live in chittorgarh.
users in our city are very much but our bsnl office does not have capicity to provide us speed.
me & all my freinds recieve less than 15kbps &it remains between 1.12 to15kbps during day time.
i am very upset about bsnl broadband as i had great expactations from it.
i will be very greatful to you if you focus on my suggestions.
i will regularly using it on my freinds home & i will be happy if this problem will solve.

i am very disappointed regarding your customer services.always your staff saying server is down.we wait 2-3 hour in yours office since last 5 day daily.for simple bill payment and change the plan.staff is very rude
please check your bajaj nager jaipur office and staff.please take action.

I have taken data card No.2081075 on 27-04-09 from your franchise (Chotelal Radheshyam, Vidhan Sabha Marg, Hazratganj, Lucknow) for Rs. 3, 300(Cash) in the name of my son Sitesh Sahu.It was activated on 30-04-09 but Modem was not working.After 2 days of complaining, Modem was replaced with new No.2081110.
In my above statement i cleared you that the Modem No.2081110 (which is corrently in working) was replaced but the 1st bill what i got after replacement was Rs.4, 006/-.Means in this bill you have charged the activisation charges as well as modem + one month advance charges access, Which i have already paid earlier.In this connection I met with the D.G.M.(Finance), lko.who had instructed concerning officers before me to correct my bill.DGM told me that your bill is corrected.
But after 2-3 days i got my bill again for Rs.4006/-but it was not corrected yet now.
In this regard i request you to please issue me a fresh and correct bill and take stern action against concerned person.In this case I am very fedup & tired with poor services of your department.
kindly do the needful and take the proper action at your end.

Last one year I am facing problem from BSNL. I am using Broadband Connection since June/08.That Time I Purchased Modem by cash.I have paid my Modem (June/08).but I am facing problem till now. After every two month BSNL send Modem charges in my bill. Every Month i go to bsnl office for reduce my modem charges, then they reduce my modem charges. But now I've totally disturbed to mind.I have talked many times to our JTO (BSNL).LADNUN, DISTIC NAGOUR.RAJASTHA. But He has no satisfied answer.Before He reduced my modem charges many times. But now he has not Satisfied answer. I have phone many times to BSNL, NAGOUR OFFICE. But also they dont have any satisfied answer. Mostly they dont attend my calls.I need satified answer.I have already paid my modem charges, then how can i pay agian. Our JTO knows about my problem very well. But ... I[censored] can do somthing for me, I will be very thankful to u.
Because now i am totally or Maintally disturb.Last one year I am facing this problem. pzl reply soon asap.
