Sir, I have already pay to my modem charges (june/08).but (BSNL)they send modem charges in my every bill since last one year.. Now i want to permanent solution. But now our JTO is not reduce my modem charges. i[censored] have any idia . plz reply soon. my BSNL tel no.[protected]

We have Internet BROADBAND Connection We have paid Amout of the whole year. We are suffering from the DSL link Continuity is not available steady from 40-45 days but nobody is attending the complaint.

We have complaint our area AE, JE and JTO but till the date We are getting trouble DSL and Internet link problem. At the same time telephone Line is working . We have complaint 25-30 times during the period.

I had taken broadband connection of bsnl in March 2007 but its not working properly since its installation. i have registered many complaints for that but no action is taken and bad words are used by officers of bsnl.

how can iknow how much mb ihave used and howmuch is remaining

i change my plan from 250 to 750.and i feel very sad..about the speed that was only about 30or 40 kbps..that was shocking because it is written on the site of bsnl that the speed is same about 250 plan, that is about 256 kbps.so you understand that this was not a mistake it's a cheating to all of the users of 750 plan.i am sure bsnl is involve in this and doing something to slow down the speed.so that the application is belonging to not from me but on the behave of all the users of 750 plan.



so kindly request to do something for that and take some action.

I donot know still why the hell this BSNL is runnning the company still, whenever I call you for the complaints for the slow Speed or frequet disconnection, you will put me in hold.But you people never forget to beg for 10 or 20 Rs whenever comes home.Consider this matter as the most Urgent one and give the solution immediately.Else pls give us the Procedure for Disconnection.

I have many times called 1500 to give complaint regarding not getting correct details regarding
Service Record in my Broadband data one.in account though I have correctly put my Uswr name andf Password. In fact I wonder BSNL staff are working or sleeping all the time. It is better Government tighten the working of this department or better give this to any private parties who know how to organise things efficiently and weed out inefficient persons. It is already late. Better late than never.
