BSNL Broadband Connection — Internet Speed

Dear Sir,

This is to Inform you that, i am facing lots of problem form BSNL NO:[protected]. On first Day Phone is not working properly may time this is dead or poor voice quality. So many times i have booked a ticket for the same but no response. either you resolve the problem or please save me from BSNL Working culture. No one response at a time and also the way of talking this too bad. I have 256KBPS speed but i am getting only 21 or 22 KBPS speed. kindly look this matter.
