TO, THE PCGM BSNL-AHMEDABAD SUB: FOR THE SUSPENTION OF "DE" OF PANIGATE(VADODARA) MR. PARMAR! SINCE FROM 15 DAYS WE HAVE GIVEN OUR APPLICATION FOR BSNL BROADBAND CONNECTION, BUT NO PROCESS OR ACTION AGAINST CONNECTION IS TAKEN! WE HAVE ALSO COMPLAINED THIS TO THE PGM- MR SHARMA OUR PHONE NO. 2524000! MR. PARMAR IS SO TALKING RUDELY TO US AS IF THEY R GIVING FREE TO US, & ALSO ADVICING ME TO CANCEL THE APPLICATION FOR BROADBAND CONNECTION! THEY R NOT GIVING ANY EXPLANATIONS TO OUR PROBLEM & TALKING SO RUDELY THT U CAN'T LISTEN ALSO! SO U PLS CHECK THE COMPLAINT & PLS TAKE SOME ACTION! BCUZ CUSTOMER IS CONSIDERED GOD IN ANY BUSSINESS, I[censored] BEHAVE LIKE THIS TO CUSTOMERS WE HAVE THN NO OPTION TO TURN TO PRIVATE COMPANIES! AND TALK OF PEOPLE LIKE PARMAR IF THEY R NOT ABLE TO SATISFY OR SOLVE CUSTOMERS PROBLEMS, THEN HE HAS NO RIGHT TO SIT AT THT POSITION! I HOPE U WOULD CERTAINLY TAKE SOME ACTIONS & GIVE US FEEDBACK!
