BSNL Broadband — Illegitimate Broadband Bills | |||
Dear, This is a serious complain against BSNL Broadband NOIDA. First of all their broadband service is very bad, frequently disconnects, poor bandwidth because of all these issues I decided to switch to some other provider and gave application for disconnection on 15-March-2012. and they told me that it will be done in 1 weeks time. These guys took good two months to actually disconnect the broadband connection. And they charged me for entire month of March,April & May. It is their fault that they took two months to disconnect. I logged a complaint in Sec-39 SDO office to waive off these charges as I never used their service in the time frame. They told me that it will be adjusted in next month (June) bill. But it never happened every time I complain they say it will be adjusted in next month bill. It November now and still same situation. I am completely frustrated with BSNL. They are least bothered that their consumers are suffering because of their poor services and deaf ears.
