My first bill of Rs 1874/- (which I personally collected from Whitefield department) includes a charge of Rs 624/- with respect to Modem charge. However I had opted for “Own Modem” while applying for the connection and this also is reflecting in the receipt, given at the time of receiving the payment for connection.
I have made several complaints through Customer care and account desk, but all of them have gone in vain. They have promised to reverse the same in the next bill. However its been 4 months now and nothing has been done.
Also mailed to email@example.com but that also bounced back saying invalid recipient.
This is really frustrating and disgusting. Please address the issue ASAP.
