BSNL Broadband — Poor service provided by BSNL | |||
Hi, We had taken BSNL broadband connection on 12th April 2012. after 2 days, i.e. on 15th April 2012, it stopped working. It was not getting connected only. We called BSNL people, but they did not respond properly. Whenever we used to call a them they used to give some excuses like "I am on leave today, can not come" sometimes they used to tell that they will come but they did not come. Finally after 1 month, we got frustrated because of this type of response and called them on 19th May 2012 and told that "if today also they wont come then we don't want their connection only. Please disconnect it." On this they replied saying "Do whatever you want". We went to BSNL customer care center at BEL circle, bangalore, We wrote a letter for disconnecting it. For this broadband connection we have involed Rs.3000- Now they are telling that they will not return our money also. Was this information helpful? | |||
