Music On Demand — activation of music on demand without my consent

we had already submitted a complaint on music on demand and asked to deactivate it but we have been charged again for mod so please take action on it and deactivate to the service[protected].

Since Dec2010/January, I have written many times to cmd bsnl for de-activation of music on demand but in vain...[protected]
Where to lodge my complaint...

Please deactivate 'Music On Demand' service for my telephone number[protected]. I never subscribed to it but it has been activated and I am paying charges for last 5 months.

BSNL Music on Demand — TO DEACTIVATE MUSIC ON DEMAND SERVICE

MUSIC ON DEMAND HAS BEEN ACTIVATED ON MY PHONE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE.THEREFORE ADDITIONAL CHARGES OF RUPEES 149.00 ARE ADDED IN EACH BILL. PLEASE DEACTIVATE THIS AT THE EARLIEST.

I am also using BSNL broadband for the past 12 months. My BSNL landline number i[protected] Last month i saw that an additional amount of Rs.175/- has been charged against MoD(Music on Demand). When enquired at exhange, they said its from bsnl.hungama.com and it is one time charges. I didn't contact for this service and the service was activated without my knowledge or approval and i didnt get the activation details for this service.

Even though its not my fault i was generous and paid the bill, but this month also the same amount added again bill as one time charges.

It would be really appreciated if you can take an action on this, as i feel it really humialing (even though the amount is small). It really kills the reputation of BSNL.

I want to have this issue sorted out without such hassled. I request you to intervene and guide where to complain about this and how to get them punished.
