Unable to View Usage Details

When I am looging to bbservice.bsnl.in the page is not opening. instead it is showing Internal Service Error.The following are the details of the Error -

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, you@your.address and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Iam unable to view usage details. When I am looging to bbservice.bsnl.in the page is not opening. instead it is showing Internal Service Error.The following are the details of the Error -

Hi,

I agree with you, I am too getting same problem, few days back they have informed to use new site,

http://www.data.bsnl.in

but I tried logging to this new site using my user id and password, it says invalid user id or password. The same user id and password I am able to log-in to my mail box on the site mail.bsnl.in ?

so there is problem to www.data.bsnl.in, please restore the service asap, we are not able to view usage details.
