BSNL — BSNL - Customer Service THREATENED, KEPT ME ON WAIT & FINALLY DISCONNECTED ON THEIR OWN

It is to notify you that BSNL customer service just kept my call hanging for over minutes! A total 31 minutes call duration and most of the time waiting! And also threatened or wanted to verify if there was no problem if they increase my call rate, because is was not able to understand their call rate. They are charging more as per my calculations.! Please take this thing seriously I know that they will not disclose their identity anyhow. But they harassed me by saying do the math till I keep your call on hold! And when I asked for their identity, their was no response! WHAT is going on??? At the end female that "customer thekey valid response na powar jonney call disconnect kortey bhaddho hocci!)5-6times!! I have already posted an issue.! They did not evey bother to look that as well..!!
