I have Done Online Recharge As Per Bsnl Customer Executive ,But I have Got Main Balance Instead Of 3G Data Plan
Recharge Amount Was 450 And After that i have made another recharge Of 150 Again we get main balance instead of 3G Data.
I have Make Call To Customer Care but their behave was very chief and unprofessional I had made many times Call but he doesn't Solve my Problems and not try to make any complains .
I am planing to change my operator as per portability Rules How Is It Possible Please Help Me .
