Sir, My BSNL prepaid mobile no [protected] and SIM card no is[protected].My BSNL prepaid mobile sim card has been blocked on 13/10/2013 for trying to lock my mobile by using password .When i had tried it for three times it has been already blocked. Presently when i on my mobile it is displaying that PIN BLOCKED. ENTER PUK CODE.
