[Resolved]  BSNL — Activation of GPRS facility on my prepaid mobile

Hi,

I had sent a request - "GPRSPRE" to 53733 as per instrcutions on the BSNL site on 22/1/2009. I got a receipt msg asking me to wait for confirmation msg. It didn't come till today - 06 Feb 2009. I called up the customer service [protected] and told them about my problem. They asked me to send the GPRSPRE msg again. I did that and this time, I didnt get the recipt msg either, eventhough, the SMS was sent. The customer service is of being no help at all in this matter and they keep repeating the same - "Sir, please send the GPRSPRE msg.."
End result: GPRS still not activated
I am using an ASUS P527 Windows mobile phone. I wonder when this issue will be resolved!

Dear Sir/Madam

I have configured the BSNLEWAP and accessed smoothly upto 7th sep 09 night. After comming down of balance from Rs. 50.00 the service was automatically disconnected. I have recharged Rs.50.00 today morning. Simultaneously I have recharged Rs.99.00 for GPRS. But I could not access the same and it is writting that, "packet data connection" not available.

Kindly suggest me how I access the EWAP smoothly.

And one more request, how can i access unlimited download service while i am using prepaid sim of BSNL.

This complaints Regarding the GPRS service on my mobile
we had talked with your prepaid customer executive for GPRS service activation on my mobile ([protected]) & ([protected]) on 27.04.2010 and they told me that it will be activate within 72 hrs. Still this facility is activated. But one message received from BSNL support:- Sorry, No available setting for your handset!

That is my handset unable for BSNL Prepaid Mobile GPRS service.

Please unsubscribe from the GRPS services to my mobile ([protected]) & ([protected])
I was conected in unlimited GPRS scheme from The period[protected] to[protected]approx) in my mobile([protected]). But Rs. 44(approx) was deducted from my Mobile account for the used for GPRS perposes. Then & then i was complaint to BSNL customer care Executive and he commitment to me that Rs.44 will credited to your account within 48 hrs. But that was wrong commitment and further 2-3 times I complint my problem through customercare executive.. till now[protected] there is no response from BSNL authority...

hello sir,
On[protected] i had sent a message to activate GPRS on my sim, the message was GPRSPRE and sent to 53773 from my no:, when i called the customer care on [protected], a executive named PRHALD received the call and said to send the message again in small letters gprspre to 53773 again on[protected] time 10:50 pm, what kind of joke is this SMALL AND CAPITAL LETTERS, nothing other than mismanagement and lack of TRAINED personnel.
