BSNL — Default bill reg

Dear Sir / Madam

I have a BSNL land line connection with Bradband facility in Batlagundu, My No is 04543 – 265676.Today I received the bill for the month of January 09.Immediately after getting the bill I was shocked, because they made a claim Rs.1664/- for purchase of Modam.In my application itself I clearly note that I have my own instrument. Fact is like so, I don’t know how they send the bill like this manner. At the time of providing connection the BSNL staff make few calls and asked me that do you have a modam or not, at that time also I remain them that I have a modam. So, kindly look in to this matter & do the needful and issue necessary orders to send revised bill to me at the earliest.
