Landline no.[protected] is not working (i.e non-functioning) for more than one and half month. when ever it is tried to make complain by dialing 198, is not responding. but the kamrup bsnl office is not forgetting to send the bill on time. i am paying the bill regularly through ECS at SBI Gauhati University Branc, then why the bsnl office is not responding to my complains. through this complain, i would like to request the concerned authority to take necessary steps/actions to rectify my land line at the earliest.

My BSNL CDMA WLL no. is [protected]. I received my first bill in which has a Account No.[protected]. I want to know my Customer ID or Consumer No.

I have receive BSNL telephone after 1 month of application on 22nd Dec 09, I have not get my Custommer ID and telephone bill till date, But through 1501 I came to know the bill generate on 9th Jan 2010, and the Ammount is telling 1088, I could not able to lock dynamically. Please do help.

Dear Sir

Im using the landline of bsnl for the last 6years but from last couple of months we have also taken BSNL Broad Band i am very much dissatisfied with BSNL service. my number is[protected]i am just booking the complaints for the last 30 days, Even went to BSNL office Faridabad also have problem in Bsnl broadband So many times i complan in BSNL Office but no received any reply till now.. And now my BSNL phone is not working from last 15 days This problem raise in every months

Besides all above problem BSNL ..is also proving that they really want to shock their customer reason is In My Last bills i got bills of Three thousand (2300)which was almost thrice of our normal bill.when we asked to GM of BSNL Faridabad he said we will ask detail dill from his head office...Till date no detail i got/Recd...But this is not enough ...now i got the bill of amount of RS 1400 ...This is too much...Now.I don't know why BSNL person dont think even single time they are service provider or what??????

They want to harass their Customer and always looking for different ways to harass their customer.

Can any one give answer?

Do I need to appeal to the highest authority of bsnl to look into the matter and compensate for the My loss.

Giving a complain on 1500 1504 from 20days. There are not giving answer and cutit down the phone on1500.
There are not giving any answer from 1500 at jamnagar.

I HAVE GET THE NEW CONNECTION LAND LINE NO.2480216 BUT BSNL DEPORTMENT DOES NOT GIVEN CONSUMER ID NO. SO I WANT URGENTLY ID NO. PLEASE
