I'm residing at Begur, Bommanahalli area in Banglore. I have taken unlimited broadband connection for the monthly rental of Rs.750. Since last two months I'm facing problem that the connection getting lost everyday and not able to work continuosly for 10 mins. By default the loosing the connection on Saturday night and connection getting restored on monday. But also the connection restored for only 10 mins or so. Both the DSL and internet (lights) in disconnect/restart mode frequently.
Since last two months I register the complaint by calling 25742198. But getting only the docket number of the complaint but no action been taken so far.
I'm getting poor response from the customer care and no action for the complaint registered. So almost everyday getting new docket numbers but no solution. Was this information helpful? |
