BSNL — Broad band Internet is not working

Dear Sir .

My Internet connection is not working since 15 Days. My wife Complainted in Kaipattoor Branch,Pathanamthitta (dist).Till now no body has attended.Please do the need full repair as soon as possible.

Inter net connection is in the name of Jessy Abu John.
