[Resolved]  BSNL — GPRS PROBLEM ( SUBSCRIBE TO PACKET DATA FIRST )

bsnl data name — no activation

i recharged Rs 2000 towards my data card on[protected] and it didnt get activated till now . everyday i m going to bsnl office but they are not responding properly to my complaint . please it into this and do the best as fast as possible

I cant use my bsnl GPRS for any java application...I can browse web but no java application that uses GPRS is running...please help somebody...suman.[protected]@gmail.com

Sir i am using the cellphone Nokia 7210 with bsnl prepaid service bearing the number[protected] & enjoy the GPRS facility on my phone. it works on my phone nicely, but whenever i try to connect it through nokia "One Touch Access" the messege flashes on my mobile screen " SUBSCRIBE PACKET DATE FIRST" how do i solve my problame. my mail is sarwan.[protected]@gmail.com

1) First subscribe to bsnlnet, bsnlmms, bsnlstream, bsnllive By sendin sms o[censored]r phone model to<58355>{4 South Zone BSNL}, then save all the received settings...

2) Now Go to Settings-->Configuration & set the "Default config. sett. To bsnlnet" "Personal config. sett. To My access point(in tat Accnt name >'My access point', Access point settings>Data bearer>Packet data, Bearer settings>Packet data acc.pt.>bsnlnet; Netwrk type>IPv6; Authentictn type>Normal)...Finally.., "Preferred access pt. To My access point"...Now 'select' Activ. def. in all apps. In the Configuration settings...]]]]]] PART 1 settings Over...

IMP STEP 3) Now Go to Settings--->Connectivity--->Packet data--->Packet data conn.>When needed; Packet data settings>Edit active access pt.>Alias for access point-->bsnlnet;Packet data acc. pt.-->bsnlnet...Finally come 'back' in Active access point--->'activate' bsnlnet(instead of Access point1, 2, 3..etc)...OVER..Now ur "Opera Mini" is a ready quick browser...

I am using Nokia 3110c. When I am using web I am getting gprs connection but when trying Email application on the mobile OR when connecting my mobile to my Lap Top then gprs is not connected and say "SUBSCRIBE PACKET DATA FIRST"

Since August 2010, BSNL APN settings were Updated and after applying new settings, I was never able to access GPRS on Opera Mini or Google Maps on my Nokia 3110C. I searched a lot on the net but none of them worked.
But, Today after using the method by "Phil_BrAin-shAke" the problem got solved.
Although I used Network Type => IPv4 to make it work on my cell.

GPRS, balance of internet usage available after each connection not giving. if we subscribe for one scheme eg. 2GB for one month for Rs. 89/- after expiry of the allotted quota, bsnl taking the usage price from the balance amount without information. if there is a system how much GB is available for use, after each connection, it will be helpful to the customers.

i'm using nokia 6300 i can access to internet by my cell's default browser but when i use other browsers like yahoo go, opera one pop up occurs and it says subscribe to packet data connection...what i need to do???
