i want my security money soon.. its a very long
time to waiting my security money

I have been contacting your office in person as well as over phone on several occasions for the refund of deposit. But I am yet to receive the refund of deposit amount. You will agree to the fact that BSNL should return back the deposit amount within 60 days of surrendering the phone line.

I, Renganathan had surrendered my land line (no[protected] on 01.06.2014.It was disconnected for which I received the message also.

I surrendered my BSNL Telephone No. 2696684 on 26 Nov 2016 at badlapur East Telephone exchange office as per the discussion they said the rufund amount will be provided in cheque within 2-3 months, but its more than 6 months still did not received the cheque.

I have tried calling for more than 100 of times on no: 2208188 for enquiry but on one picks up the phone. This no. was given to me by staff working into telephone exchange to do refund enquiry.

Please look into it at the earliest and refund the amount. for more details of mine you will get it from bsnl database thorough above given mine landline number.

Hello Team,

This is regarding my land line connection. As i have moved to some other location and requested the BSNL officer to relocate the connection . He clearly stated they will not be able to provide the connection at my location. I requested to disconnect the connection. The request was taken. The officer stated the advance deposit amount will be credited to your account with in 3 months .But he didn't verify my bank account details. My landline Phone number#[protected]. This was requested in the month of December 2016 at Gowliguda, Poosal Basthi, Shankar Bagh Colony, Afzal Gunj, Hyderabad, Telangana 500095.

Please i request you to look into this.

Request for surrender of my land line number with broadband connection[protected] was surbmitted at BSNL office Malleshwaram Bengaluru, on 21st Oct 2017 reference number being[protected]/[protected].
However, refund of security deposit and 3 months advance money [ annual payment made, due date being 24th Jan 2018] has not yet been received.
On enquiry with the complaint dept of BSNL I was told that it takes 90 days, for refund, though the time is 60 days as BSNL website.
Still awaiting to receive refund.
