[Resolved]  BSNL — customer Care

i activate bsnl caller tune ............. charged me 25 yet its not activated its about 1 month gone. and they are insert their own bad bad advertising ... i dont what it. the customer care phone numbers are not working, if they take my call the say they don't know any thing....... i don't what my money back (Rs25 has its value bt .............) bt pls remove the add caller tune i dont what it .................. pls.............. if its payable to remove it i can pay.........................


The customer support for BSNL is Realy Bad. i am a pre paid user i paid for every thing before using it (Calling, SMS, MMS, GPRS and all services they are providing)and paid tax before using it.

BSNL — BSNL Prepaid mobile connection... all false offers

Hi

Have took a prepaid SIM card from BSNL ([protected])having an unlimited talktime offer for our Land Line.
It took two days for activation & even today its charging 1ps/sec
I don't no why BSNL announcing such kind of offers & simply not maintaining quality of services
Have raised the issue to customer care but the only answer is to wait within 24 hrs it wil be solved
They made it same for 15 days now....
have lost my interest towards BSNL services .... Its the worst
my telephone is dead for last 3 days. I am unable to use braodband and great inconviniency for cant receive some urgent calls.

BSNL Cellone — NO Network from 3 months

BSNL Cellone no netowrk at Piyali Phukan Nagar, Bamunimaidam, Guwahati -21 from the month of March'11. I have complained to various times at BSNL Office panbazar but no resolution till date. Moreover , BSNL person are asking me the list of customers in the area who are deprived of service and thereafter the complaint shall be entertained. Is this my resposibility to provide such details or BSNL should serve there customers in order to do business. I have two postpaid cellone numbers [protected] and [protected] and one prepaid number [protected]. But despite of my complaints BSNL is regularly charging me for rental.

BSNL — No Network for 3 days

My mobile number is [protected]. I don't have any network in this number for the last 3 days (from July 1, 2011). Error message is "No Network available". As a result I have been facing immense problem. I lodged a complaint with the BSNL customer care services on 2nd July, 2011 - Complaint number is 753603. But till date I have not received any response from the Service provider's side.
It is needless to mention that I have already checked up this SIM with other mobile. But the problem still exists. My message card's validity is also nearing to expire for this technical failure of this Service provider.
As a result I don't have any other option but to lodge a complaint with you.
Please take care of this case and get me relieved at your earliest.

my bsnl prepaid no [protected].i changed my plan ennanban to anbu jodi.in the plan FFL[protected]is not activate for me and you are replied me as FFL request rejected as a free land line is already registered.kindly activate my FFL [protected].

bsnl, prepaid cellone card — deduction is made for no call or receive call

i had prepaid mobile service cellone card recently they had started charging 0.04 paise per call recieved is it legal?

bsnl prepaid mobile(Excel) — All voice calls are barred

My incoming and outgoing calls are barred in my cell no. [protected] since last few days. i called in customer care numbers but seems worthless. i need immediate retrieve of my service .

BSNL (Excel prepaid mobile), Bangalore Telecom last month launched Bharat Berry Push Service . They offered Bangalore existing customers free trial period to experience its efficacy/utility/usefulness by installing needed configuration in mobile sets of customers . Due to my mobile set being a simple set, I cud not utilise the service even for single day during the free trial period . On 02/01/2012, I received SMS from them to send UNSUB BB to 51123 before 05/01/2012 if I wanted to discontinue it . I immediately sent sms to discontinue the PUSH service on 02/01/'12 itself . But to my irritation, they deducted Rs. 50/- from prepaid balance of my Mobile No. [protected] renewing the service upto 04/02/2012 unilaterally ignoring my request already received by them on 02/01/2012 itself ! I lodged complain vide docket no. KT[protected] to refund my unauthorised deduction of Rs. 50/- . Till date they sleeping over my compliant ! How a public sector Telecom Sector like BSNL can cheat its own customer as if their internal coordination/communication system/machinery has completely collapsed ? -- B.P. Sahu, Retd. BSNL — one person is troubling me from a unknown number

BSNL CellOne Prepaid — non charging of SIM

i have purchased BSNL SIM , after submitting ID and address proof, SIM no.[protected] from Bangalore on 2/2/2012. It is not charged so far. i have send a registered letter to Chief General Manager BSNl .No response so far.

Please advice to whom i have to contact to get it charged.

BSNL — poor maintenance of online information and support

I have been loyal user for BSNL GSM services. Many have switched to new networks but I was always on bsnl side.

But no more I can defend my choice, due to poor maintenance of online portals and support and customer care divisions most of all network services.

I have tried to lodge a complaint against gsm service and access several online services but none work correct or give right response.

I have registered my self on bsnl.co.in for online recharging of prepaid mobile, I have tried to change the password after registering and access using new password but was never successful in logging in with new password, then what is the purpose of providing changing password option.

Coming to online complaints registering service for GSM services in BSNL, when I finally submit the complaint I stay on same page and gives me not an instance of object kind of inline messages... what is purpose of hosting such service if one cannot use it correctly.

Please regroup your resources and serve better.

I have great respect towards this firm and I look forward that in coming days one doesn't feel any problem using online services...

I am being unable to send sms for apparently no reason. the customer care number doesnot even receive a call and i can't help but wonder if BSNL does any customer care at all? unnecessarily blocking the sms facility is cheating the customers
Hi.I am D.M.Tripathy from Bokaro steel city, sec 3/A, Qtr no-480, Ioday I have lost my mobile while I was travelling to Dharamshala(Himachal pradesh). My No. was [protected]. Requesting you to please block my number(SIM CARD) at once. Further I am taking next course of action by lodging a FIR and application of lost at nearest police station.

N.B:- Customer care number is not responding.

i sanjay kumar banik a prepaid subscriber of orissa region having no [protected] sorry to say that it so failured customer service in orissa belt a single problem is not solved after waiting 1 hr 15 minutes in customer care. who is responsible for this type of situation created by bsnl prepaid service. please it to be clarified.
