[Resolved] BSNL — Online bill payment | |
I've a BSNL landline connection in Kolkata. My parents in India use this line. Recently I wanted to enroll myself for online bill payment option of BSNL as currently I'm staying in UK. Howerver I was astonished to know that the online enrollment form doesn't have West Bengal as service circle in it's drop down menu. They have two entries for south east India but none of them contain any region of West Bengal. It's really surprising that inspite of being the larest telecom operator of India BSNL portal ignores a region where it has millions of subscribers. How should I pay my monthly bill as my parents at Kolkata are quite aged? Was this information helpful? | |

I have been trying to pay my phone bill on line. But i am unable to know the method to do so. BSNL help line is unhelpful. The web site www.onlinebillpayment.bsnl.co.in suggested by on Abhilash of help line is not useful. None of the phone nos. suggested by offices of local authorities is of any help. I have been trying to enroll my BSNL telephone number (Panipat) for online payment but its not helping. It is asking for some unique ID which is not their in the previous printed bill. Also, while registering and selecting state haryana, it is not showing my city Panipat or Karnal telecom circle in that. Please help.

I am a consumar of BSNL Land line Teliphone, / Broadband west Bengal telcom circle my Phone Number is 03473, 222048.I want to make my teliphone bill online payment. I am Using SBI Debit card, Standard hartered Gold VISA Card and AXIS BANK International Gold Debit Card.

I made online payment for the month of Nov’2009 on 3/11/2009, using my ICICI VISA card for Rs.842/=. I attempted the online payment using the website billchn.bsn.co.in, after keying my credit card details the screen got hung for almost 5 minutes, I had to close the screen and when I check my credit card statement I see the billed to my credit card for the sum of Rs.842/. but in bsnl website shows the bill was paid.
Could you please rectify the problem.
