[Resolved]  BSNL — Online bill payment

I've a BSNL landline connection in Kolkata. My parents in India use this line. Recently I wanted to enroll myself for online bill payment option of BSNL as currently I'm staying in UK. Howerver I was astonished to know that the online enrollment form doesn't have West Bengal as service circle in it's drop down menu. They have two entries for south east India but none of them contain any region of West Bengal. It's really surprising that inspite of being the larest telecom operator of India BSNL portal ignores a region where it has millions of subscribers. How should I pay my monthly bill as my parents at Kolkata are quite aged?

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited — unable to make online bill payment

I am the land line consumer. My land line connection No is 256314 (Code No 3472) with Broad Band connection.Consumer No is 208160. When I open the BSNL portal for making payment through net banking, I could not found the Bill for the period from 01/09/2010 to 30/09/2010. Hence I could not make any payment through net banking. My bill date is 05/10/10 and Bill No is 87678630. Last date of payment is 29/10/2010.
When the BSNL will wake up to upgrade themselves. If the old generation can not pick up the modern system, the should not draw 50-60 Thousand bugs pm for just gosipping.

So many complaints have been submitted. Is anyone listening? I'm skeptical whether this is a proper channel to submit complaints...I have also similar problems with online bill payment. I want to pay bill online for BSNL West Bengal circle. Has any initiative being taken?

i am K.Sanjeevaiah working as a Divisional Engineer/KTPS-VI Stage in Paloncha-507115, Khammam (Dist), Andhra Pradesh. we have taken a Will Phone[protected] in the Month of July-2009 for our office use and we are regularly paying the Phone bill with in a due date..
We received last month pay Bill i.e Dec'2010's on 28.01.2011 with due date 07.02.2011. With in a Due date and Grace period our office phone was disconnected on 28.01.2011, Even though complaints were given to our reaginol office i.e Khammam, and also it had been informing orally so many times, but they didn't responded untill this time.

So, we are requesting you to reconnect our phone.

Am having land line in Thiruponithua, Ernakulam, wireless one, to avoid head ache i have paid rent annually, now its again abig head ache to pay monthly bill. If you suggest any means either Bank transfer or on line net payment through SBT/ SBI we will be happy.

My BSNL EVDO number is [protected], i have recharge Rs. 750 for one month for unlimted net pack on[protected], but I don't get speed And not getting full network.I am Staying at Lucknow.Please check this and take the action for better service.My number is [protected].
I am using BSNL since last many years in all major cities of India but the day when I purchased a flat at Genexx Valley under Joka telecom circle, Kolkata and shift my family there and taken a BSNL landline with broad band connection, I am also facing a lot of problem. Almost 15days in a month it is out of order, STD connection is not available, poor and very disturbing sound, frequent disconnection during conversations. Now I am staying at Delhi but my family cannot connect me through this BSNL landline due to not availability of STD connection. I made complain to BSNL offices several times in this two years but all are in vain.
It is really surprising that why all the system here is so different to other areas (even remote areas) of India.

I recd msg.from BA-PORTAL of BSNL for direct payment of bill & get discount. I tried for online payment of my landline phone no.[protected] time to time but it is not possible. I also put mail for the purpose, but nobody answered.

I made online payment for the month of November 2011 on 27/12/2011, using my Indian Bank MasterCard for an amount of Rs.266/=. I attempted the online payment using
the website billchn.bsnl.co.in, after keying my debit card details the screen got hung for almost 2 minutes, I had to close the screen and attempt it again. In my second attempt,
the payment was successful for the sum of Rs.266/= and received a confirmation as well in the screen towards my payment.

Now when I check my debit card statement after a day, besides my successful payment for Rs.266/ I see the first (failed) transaction also billed to my debit card for the sum of Rs.266/.
Could you please reverse the first failed transaction and credit Rs.266/ back to my debit card, or can adjust in my next bill amount. ( I also got mail of for confirmation. I have remitted my land line bill for[protected] for 6/2012 by online. But unfortunately the bill amount of Rs 545 was not accounted by the BSNL so for whereas the amount was deducted from my bank account. The bank replied that referred the transaction made by me on[protected] for an amount of Rs. 545/- was successful from Federal bank side and payment proceedings were already sent to Tech Process Solution Ltd.( payment gateway ).

Bill Reference number for this transaction is 46590338.
Sir, i logged a complaint with BSNL ([protected]) tel no[protected] for internet connectivity on 01st of aug12. Till date the problem is not solved. We i called your customer service team they stated my earlier complaint was closed and registered my case as a new complaint. What is the point of closing a complaint without getting a confirmation from the client. I am not at all satisfied with the BSNL service .
I paid my LL bill for Rs.399/ My transaction no TX[protected].The amount deducted from my bank account, but error in processing was noticed. What to do?
