To verify mu internet usage, I tried to open the site
bb services.bsnl.in. I tried several occassions but failed.
Please help to open the site.

Sir, i cannot see my account usage as the website 'bbservice.bsnl.in' is not working properly or not found. as the problem persisted many days so that my internet bill is also coming high per month. i was balanced my downloading by seeing my usage detail. so, please solve the problem as soon as possible.

we have BB connection with BSNL. We applied for convert our present plan from Rs.250/- to 799/- (combo scheme). We are unable to see our usage records through b b service.bsnl.in.
Will you please help me in this regard

well i am facing the same for months ..Even sent a mail to nodal officers, Gm operations bsnl and circle nodal officer but of no use ...all the rquests have fallen on deaf ears ...its bsnl's habits of not improving until unless someone breaks their monopoly in broad band section.Its a Shame .THey r expanding their network day by day but they dont bother to look at such a pile of complaints .huh

Because of the technical problem in the bsnl's own web site data.bsnl.in i am unable to open the same as well as the usage of the internet also since last a 10 days so i request you to solve the error as early as possible so that i can check my usage details in regular basis like the past

I have Broadband Connection with you and plan is 500C, i am unable to check my mail on the webmail and i gave a compliant earlier about 3 months back and this problem is persisting for past 1 year, can you tell me how to resolve this problem. With the bsnl account i.e. portal id and mail id i can access for the net. it is working alright only problem in accessing for checking mails repeat checking mails. Hoping to resolve the problem at the earliest.
