[Resolved]  BSNL — not able to open bb services.bsnl.in

Usage bills

I could not Open bbservice.bsnl.in and to knowmy broad band usage at the end of this month.
Every month the same problem is faced.The bsnl authorties should look in to this matter

I am using B B connection BSNL home plan 299c+ tax. i am used total downlink data 186516
total uplink data 51602 .
chargable units 238118
now my bill is rs 827 something.
WHY?

BSNL — cant check internet usage

Sir,
i can't get the details of the internet usage(how much i used).and get one message as "internal server error''

i m not able to open the bb services bsnl.in site to see my internet usage last time i got huge bill and i suffer more i asked for the route to see how much usagae of internet in regular basis but sorry to say the officer is only gave me the sigth without any further detailed and guide line...and here also u gave only nos of comments/questions of suffered people but where is the route of cause...people are opening this site for their solution but they find nos of questions and confused himslef...other way this way people are more confused ...why u didnt gave a common solution so they can get right way answer sorry if i little hard...but i feel the same...

can u answer me how can i get my detailed of internet usage...pl answer in as early as possible and in short way...

i am not able to check my account usage. i got this "home 500c plan" in which there is 1.5 gb of download/upload free n usage from 2 am to 8 am free.Im using it for last 1 week.I was told that we would be able to see the billing on http://bbservice.bsnl.in.But i cant.Kindly let me know the proper website or if its the same please check for and clear this problem.

Iam unable to see my usage records as the website www.databsnl.in doesn't open there iam using the net more than the limit of 1gb hence i request u to solve the problem as soon as possible
