Iam unable to see my usage records as the website www.databsnl.in doesn't open there iam using the net more than the limit of 1gb hence i request u to solve the problem as soon as possible

i tried many times to open the site bbservice.bsnl.in. but i unable to make it. so i can't check my usage. plz help me to make it as early as possible.

i m unable to check my usage detail.i have taken bsnl broadband few days earlier so did i comit a mistake bcoz without knowing the usage i will hav to pay huge amount.if that happens then i will disconnect it.kindly help

i just dont understand tht after so my complaints why th authorities nt taking th problem seriously, people are definitely suffering loses due to inadequacy of the site fr bsnl broadband www.bbservice.bsnl.in.sir we are unable to view r usage of th broadband which is letting people to overuse th net against thr wishes!

we are using the bsnl broadband under the scheme of rs.250/pm. and the limit of 1gb, we are unable to check our usage details . we have received the bill more than rs.500/- hence help us see the details of the broadband usage from Aug-09 to till date . Further to that we would like to brought to your notice that during the month sept-09 we could not use the braod band due to error 678 it was cleared by the dept 15th oct-09, definetely our usage can not be more than 1gb . hence we request u to look into the matter and advice us.
