[Resolved]  BSNL — Outgoing calls not working

i stay in kalher(bhiwandi) and have MTNL sevice since dis comes in a roamin area it has to catch bsnl... but this service is so horrendous.. the n/w is down for once r twice in a week(not even months).. i had 2 get a interview i dint get it jus bcoz of it...
i jus wish i had nevr taken this service...

BSNL Prepaid — Outgoing

Dear sir,

There is outgoin problem with the bsnl prepaid cellphones, not only mine but all the bsnl prepaid cellphone customers, on behalf of all of the coustomers i am sending a complaint.

This problem is from last 8-10 days, when this problem will be get solved, if there is critical problem the company have to inform the customers in advance by sending the message to each cell phone. All the schedule has been colapsed in the auragabad of every bsnl customers due to this problem. we can't make call to any cellphone, landline, etc.

Try to solve this problem as early as possible.

my no. is [protected] i am not being able to make outgoing calls. my no. is not life time i have recharged it last summer. now what should i do to reactivate my no?? please suggest.

Iam in roaming and for the past two days no net work and I have lodged complain today morning (06.06.2010) at 12 noon and till now problem not resolved

Outgoing/ Incoming calls not working
I am using the bsnl cellone prepaid number[protected] in the bihar circle and the outgoing/incoming facility is not working as i get the message "check operator services" whenever i make an outgoing call. this despite there being both validity and recharge amount in the account. I lodged a complaint with the call centre in this regard on 05.7.2010 . However even 3 days after this the outgoing facility has still not been restored.

BSNL Prepaid — No outgoing calls in roaming

I am currently in Rajasthan and trying to make outgoing call. But I am not able to make a single call neither do I recieve any call. I am on roaming. My phone no. [protected] - Maharashtra bsnl prepaid mobile connection. I have complained in local Maharashtra office but no result.

My BSNL prepaid cellone No.is [protected]. I used to loss money from my balance without making any calls @ Rs.19/- twice. Efforts made to contanct 1503 was in vein and in fact there was any response to my calls. Now my SIM is blocked from 18.11.2010. There is no incomming and out going. Could you please help me.

I have BSNL prepaid mobile [protected], but not able to connect the STC calls from 13th April 2011 morning.

BSNL — to stop not required facility

BSNL has charged 12Rs for activating facility Bsnl Tunes which is not required to me.Without my permission I have been subscribed to this facility.Please,help me to stop this facility and for getting refund.

I have excel prepaid mobile no. [protected] (bangalore circle ) . On 02/01/'12 I received sms from BT-BBERRY to sms UNSUB BB to 51123 to stop renewal of PUSH service . I sent sms accordingly the same day to stop the service as I was unable to use the service even for a single day with my existing simple mobile set ( Sony Ericsson K320i) during free trial period ! Despite sms having been sent timely n delivered as well, Rs. 50/- was deducted on 06/01/2012 from my prepaid balance congratulating me for renewing the PUSH service ! How a Public Sector Unit like BSNL can cheat its own bonafide cutomer so shamelessly ? Despite my compliant lodged vide docket no. KT[protected] timely, the unauthorised deduction of Rs. 50/- has not yet been refunded to me ! The customercare centre staff of bsnl donot know how to help customers in problem except rechrging mobile nos. or selling recharge vouchers ! Even cutomer grievance redressal mechanism of bsnl is a flop show mostly ! -- b.p.sahu, retd. class-i officer, bangalore .
