[Resolved]  BSNL — Remove CALLER TUNE

hello sir/mam,

outgoing call are barred to my number & when i consult with customer care he said submit your documents again. Is there any procedure, i send/submit the scan copy of our id proof through mail because i am a working girl and i have no time to go to exchange and submit the documents if it is possible through mail than please tell me the email id so that i can send my proof

Please deactivate my caller tune.I tried to deactivate by sending sms to 56700...my Number is 91 [protected]. Kindly do it immediately.

I already send message 'UNSUB ALL' to 56700
